Having designed the BBC News iPad App, we set about creating a version for the iPhone that maintained the design and functionality of its bigger brother.

To maintain consistency across the iPhone and iPad app we composed a mosaic of scrolling carousels to work on the iPhone. We customised the app for the smaller screen and produced a design that feels part of the family but works well on the iPhone. This app can't match the iPad App for beauty and simplicity but as the iPad apps little brother, we like it none the less.
